- Is it free?
- Using this site is free. Paid features on the streaming service follow that service's pricing.
- How often is it updated?
- The live lists every 30 seconds; rankings and trending every hour.
- How is “when they usually stream” worked out?
- From the last 4 weeks of records we count, for each weekday and hour, how many weeks the model was live. All times are Japan time (JST, UTC+9).
- What is “average viewers” in the rankings?
- The average number of viewers while the model was live during the period. Only models who streamed for a minimum time are ranked, so a very short stream can't top the list.
- Where are my favorites saved?
- In your browser on this device. No account is needed, but they are not shared with your other devices.
- Why don't some models have a picture?
- Model pictures are shown only while they are live. When offline, a drawn placeholder is shown instead.
- I want my information removed
- This site follows the streaming service's official data. If the account is deleted on the streaming service, it is removed from this site too.
